Electro-Mechanical brakes that prevent coasting (standard on all jackshaft and 3/4 HP trolley optional on 1/3 & 1/2 HP trolleys). Adjustable friction clutches to help protect the door and operator if door movement is obstructed. Emergency disconnect chain so the door can be manually operated. High starting torque motor.   Durable, reliable PowerHoist BASIC belt drive operators are ideal for operating sectional or rolling steel doors up to 14 feet high in light duty applications.
